Most of us do not realise that poor lifstyle habits may be the root cause of our health problems. Our first thought when we get hurt or sick is to immediately turn to medication hoping for relief and cure of our problems. Actually our poor lifestyle (sometimes due to work environment, etc.) may be the root cause of the problems. Take for example, excessive weight alone may acount for painful knees, painful hips, high blood pressure, diabetes, fatigue, etc. Smoking causes increased risks in high blood pressure, heart disease, emphysema and lung cancer. Poor eating habits contribute to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, decrease immune function and stress. A lot of medical evidence has shown that heart disease, cancer, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, osteoporosis and several other diseases may be prevented or even reversed by healthy lifestyles. Three distinct aspects of a healthy lifestyle that are needed to offer best protection for your health are: 1. Healthy diet; 2. A modest exercise program; and 3. high quality, comple and balanced nutritional supplements.
Take charge of your health now and take a more proactive approach to improve it.
